Genesys Offers Emergency Conferencing Service
Genesys Conferencing, a global multimedia conferencing service provider brought out an expanded level of service designed as an emergency meeting center for quick communication during times of crisis to ensure business continuity.
The new Emergency Meeting Center enables user organizations to increase the number of participants and thus communicate more effectively and in real time to larger numbers of employees and customers.
Emergency Meeting Center is a streaming conferencing service that can handle thousands of participants at the same time, according to . No reservation is required; instead, a customer has one dedicated 800 number to serve as a "virtual auditorium."
